The role will involve hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 from home - whatever suits the successful candidate best but with flexibility required from both parties.  

Role overview:

• Overseeing HR lifecycle processes
• Onboarding, inductions and all associated administration (offer letters, contract, welcome packs etc)
• Rolling out and developing employee benefits
• Supporting employees with all HR queries
• Working closely with line managers to ensure HR policy is being rolled out and followed
• Designing and implementing performance and reward frameworks
• Supporting on Employee Relations including performance management, disciplinary and absence management cases
• Composing and sending engaging Employee communications
• Putting together new starter packs
• Assisting with implementation and development of new HR system
• All associated HR Administration

Candidate requirements:

• Strong generalist HR experience
• A keen interest in culture, employee reward and recognition
• A self-starter who is naturally curious
• A problem solver who is ready to get stuck into a variety of tasks.
• Creative flair to compose Employee communications (a lot will need to be created from scratch!)
• Strong eye for detail and excellent written English
