Think Accountancy and Finance are supporting a Global Business based in Hemel Hempstead. This will be a full time and permanent position for a French Speaking Finance Analyst. The main responsibility of the role is to financially manage a portfolio of projects including monthly reporting of project Gross Profit, comparison to budget, variance analysis, cash flow management and monthly / quarterly / annual forecasting.

The role will allow you to closely with the internal Project Management teams.

Duties include:

• Set up of new projects, and close down of completed projects in Oracle
• Recognising any revenue/cost adjustments.
• Preparing quarterly and annual forecast (estimate to complete) by project
• Prepare annual budgets
• Manage project cash flows
• Reconciliations
• Analysis of monthly figures
• Variances
• Purchase orders, supplier invoices and other costs
• Preparation of financial performance information
• Quarterly Project Performance Reviews with wider project team.
• Ad-hoc budget re-allocations

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Fluent in French – written and oral
• Strong double entry bookkeeping skills
• Time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Work collaboratively with the Accounting team and wider finance team
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient MS Office User
• Working towards an Accounting Qualification
• Oracle experience
