Think Accountancy & Finance are supporting a company in Kings Langley with finding Payroll Administrators to join their team. They are looking to offer a permanent opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have fantastic and clear communication skills, professionalism and excellent attention to detail. The role requires someone to have experience of managing large volumes of data and experience of processing payroll, allocations and expenses. You will be responsible for ensuring that your clients are paid on time and correctly.

Duties:

• Calculate payroll using payroll systems
• Saving all of the daily timesheets & reports
• Adding timesheets onto In-House system
• Ensure all timesheets received are paid
• Enrolling new contractors onto the Payroll system
• Processing payroll summaries from timesheets received
• Checking monies received match monies paid out
• Raise external and internal invoices and credit notes
• Act as point of contact for clients or end user queries

Skills Required:

• An ability to work quickly and accurately on a variety of payrolls
• An eye for detail
• The ability to work to deadlines
• Good computer skills including excel
• An ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential
