The business is growing quickly and has an opportunity for a Customer Service/Collections Advisor to join their small team and be responsible for all aspects of customer service, collections and management of customer accounts. The customers' experience is highly important, with the company taking a refreshingly friendly and personable approach with its customer base.
Salary circa £22,000 to £26,000 + excellent bonus potential + benefits
We are looking for candidates with some previous financial services experience, ideally within a collections and/or customer service focused role. You must also be happy working within a small team and take a 'mature' approach to managing your own workload.
