We are currently looking for Contracting Analyst to join global company based in Watford. Would you like to work for a global market leader within a fantastic working environment? This position would suit someone with previous Contracts/ Customer Service experience or a Graduate.

This is an 18-month ftc with the possibility of going permanent

Overview of duties:

• Managing the customer contracts on the internal systems including processing new contracts, renewals and extensions
• Upload new prices and revised prices onto the system
• To contact customers in relation to price, contract and product changes
• Investigate into discrepancies in pricing
• Produce reports and help decision making through analysis
• Ad hoc tasks as required

 Candidate requirements:

• Experience in a customer focused contracts role or a graduate with an analytical degree
• Ability to prioritise, task manage and good organisational skills
• Team player
• Strong IT skills – particularly MS Excel
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Analytical with a high attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
