We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join an expanding team within an international organisation based in Watford.

We are looking for candidates with an exceptional level of Customer Service and desire to progress within their next position. Please note that this is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity. The successful candidate will begin their new role on an ongoing three month Temporary position, after successful completion of probation a permanent role will be offered.  

Duties to include

• To process customer orders efficiently, accurately and within a timely manner.
• To answer inbound calls from customers chasing deliveries and product queries
• Process orders using the in house system and ensuring delivery requirements are met
• Stock checks and maintaining stock levels
• Filing and general administration tasks
• Acknowledging order completion dates and liaising with customers via email and on the phone

Candidate requirements

• Sales order processing experience – desired not essential
• True team player
• Strong use of initiative
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Accurate data entry skills
• IT literature (knowledge of Excel is desirable)
• A ‘can do’ and willing approach to designated tasks
• Experience of working in an office/administration back ground – desirable
• This role is suitable for recent graduates
