We are recruiting a Customer Service Team Leader for a well-established and successful SME based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a hands on role that will involve supervising a team of 4 whilst also getting highly involved in the day to day customer services/order processing function. We are looking for candidates with previous team leader, supervisor or managerial experience who are happy to also undertake a customer service/sales admin role whilst leading the department.
Overview of role:
The customer service department plays a crucial role for the business, ensuring that orders are fulfilled, customers are provided a first class service and any order discrepancies are swiftly resolved. The customer must always be put first and as such the team are required to perform to the highest standard possible.
