I am recruiting for a very fun and lively team for a growing and award-winning business based in Hemel Hempstead, specifically for a team that handle customer contact via inbound calls, emails, social media and live chat.

This is initally a temporary opportunity for the next 6 months, working full time hours from Monday to Friday (working 1 in ever 4 weekends too during peak periods) as well as weekly pay at £10 per hour plus holiday pay. 

We are looking to interview and start successful candidates immediately. 

Please note - This role will be fully office based, so you will need to be able to commute to Hemel Hempstead, Maylands Industrial Estate. 

Some of the duties will include:

• Receiving inbound calls from customers.
• Responding to online communication from customers.
• Using internal systems to generate quotations and complete sales.
• Being cross trained to provide a great level of service over phone, email, social media and live chat comms.

What you need:

• You will need to be someone that wants to work in a very busy and fast paced environment handling high volumes of customer calls.
• You will have a good telephone manner.
• Experience in an office based customer service or sales based role would be very useful. 
• GCSE Mathematics & English.
