Some of the duties will include: 

• Handling incoming contract queries received via post, e-mail, online applications or by phone
• Strong attention to detail to be used for contract validation and system data entry
• Supporting sales functions by processing agreements quickly and accurately
• Working towards daily targets 
• Ensure all paperwork is present and correct in line with company policies 
• Complete customer due diligence, fraud & compliance related checks 
• Liaise with key stakeholders, internal and external, to resolve queries
• General administration within the team
