We are pleased to be working with a market-leading, global organisation to recruit for a number of long-term temporary positions within their customer service department. An award-winning Employer who are renowned for being a fantastic business to work for, the roles will commence in May/June and will work on a number of projects with the potential for the assignment to run until January 2022 and the opportunity to secure permanent employment!

With an initial couple of weeks training in the office (candidates MUST be able to travel to East Midlands International Airport during this time) it will be then move to home working.

The roles will be 37.5 hours per week working on a shift pattern Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday in 4. The pay rate will be £10.47 per hour + holiday pay. A basic DBS check will need to be completed for all successful candidates.

Overview of roles:

• Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
• Responding to customers quickly and professionally
• Investigating customer issues
• Resolving issues or complaints efficiently
• Using CRM to update customer files
• Escalate complaints as required
• Work closely with other teams and departments across the business

Candidate requirements:

• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Strong spoken and written English
• Previous contact centre experience would be beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast paced and busy role
• MUST be able to undertake training in their offices at East Midlands Airport
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
