This successful organisation have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Executive Assistant to join their team. This person will need to have previous experience as an EA, be able to provide strong support on both a business and personal level to one of the company Directors, and work within a fast paced environment. The suitable candidate will have a strong background in providing support to a Director, be resilient and hardworking.

Some of the duties will include:

• Providing PA support on a one to one basis
• Complex diary management
• Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Arranging and organising company events and hospitality
• Screening incoming telephone calls for Director 
• Supporting the Director with any personal duties
• Preparing Director for external meeting and attending as required
• Managing email correspondence and keeping on top of the Directors inbox  
• Liaising with clients and suppliers
• Working closely with other PAs in the business to coordinate meetings
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships on all levels 

The suitable candidate:

• Strong EA/PA experience
• Well presented with the ability to communicate professionally 
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills 
• Resilient and hardworking
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills 
• Flexible approach to work 
• Great telephone manner
