We are pleased to be supporting a Global Consultancy based in Hemel Hempstead to recruit for a Client Project Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that seeks to produce sales transformation solutions to meet clients needs focused on business growth.
The aim for this role is to provide fast and effective responses to the demands of current and prospective customers and to coordinate internally and externally as necessary.
We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic, confident and with excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
Duties:
- Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be highly organised and efficient with the ability to plan and structure information, scheduling of major client projects and diary management of delivery teams on a global scale.
- Program manage complex client projects including - program delivery, coaching cadences, program design & content and license tracking through the company’s data-driven learning experience platform.
- Communicate face to face, over the telephone and via electronic media (email, Skype, Zoom) with colleagues and clients alike.
- As Moderator, support field-based Consultants with virtual deliveries.
- Meet the commitments and prioritise workflow against our Standard Workflow Process.
- Operate the (CRM) web-based system to the appropriate standards and to maintain accurate client records.
- Produce and format high quality and accurate documentation, discussion documents, reporting and proposals both on paper and electronically.
- Be confident in organising and arranging travel, flights, accommodation and venues, always seeking best value, researching via the internet and approved travel agencies.
Candidate requirements:
- Be a clear and concise communicator, both on a local and international level, across all communication platforms (email, Zoom, Teams, telephone)
- Have strong listening and good questioning skills.
- Confidence in learning and maintaining bespoke CRM and Client specific data-driven platforms.
- Have a flair for problem solving and persevering with difficult tasks.
- Be flexible and agile to handle changing demands.
- Be able to build relationships through both empathy and professionalism.
- Have the ability to prioritise and balance workloads, ensuring timescales are kept.
- Be commercially aware in conversations with customers and suppliers.
- Take pride in your work and have meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence in event management of large projects.
- Be comfortable in an ever-changing environment.
