This exciting opportunity will include full training but will suit someone who is looking to start their career within finance. If you have some work experience within a finance role and perhaps are currently studying AAT or is looking to start their qualification, then this role could be suitable.

Due to the nature of the business, this position will offer great variety under the support of a dedicated Finance Manager.

Main duties:

• Accounts Receivable
• Posting or emailing invoices
• Posting cash receipts
• Credit control
• Producing customer statements
• Managing customer queries
• Sales data analysis
• Paying in of cheques
• Posting credit notes
• General Invoicing
• Accounts Payable
• Posting bank transactions
• Credit card analysis
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Assisting with month/year end accounts preparation
• Opening & distributing office post
• Run weekly aged debtor review
• Petty Cash expenses & reconciliation
• Bank reconciliations
• Ordering Office Supplies
• Cash Flow Preparation
