Think Specialist Recruitment is pleased to be working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company operating within a niche sector and providing services to an international customer base. We are recruiting a French speaking Marketing Executive to take responsibility for the content and brand development of the company and their services across international markets.

Candidates will need to have both extensive marketing experience and French fluency (ideally a French native) to be considered for this position.  Although there is the potential for a combination of home and office working, candidates must be able to commute to their head office in St Albans, Hertfordshire. Relocating candidates will be considered.

Duties to include:

• Acquisition and retention marketing and communications in in the French market
• Managing, developing and executing strategies to drive enquiries via:
• Search engine marketing – SEO and PPC
• Email marketing
• Social media – organic and paid
• Content creation
• Print and marketing campaigns
• PR campaigns and communications (via agency)

• Tracking, reporting and analysing KPIs
• Testing and improving campaigns
• Acting as brand guardian ensuring branding is consistent throughout the business and customer journey
• Communicate with internal teams to understand market and key trends
• Develop CRM communications with customers throughout the customer journey
• Industry and competitor monitoring and research
• Management of translators
• Website testing and improvements
• Delivering reports on website and marketing activity

Candidate requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role – ideally in agency, luxury brand or travel sectors
• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Practical experience in key marketing areas including email marketing, social, A/B testing, UX, Google Analytics and Adwords
• Experience writing on brand content optimised for SEO and lead generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• Confident working in a dynamic fast paced environment and calm under pressure
• You will be an engaging individual with a can-do attitude who is comfortable working towards individual goals whilst contributing in a team environment
