This candidate will be required to have exceptional organisation skills; able to meet strict deadlines and have a good eye for detail!
 

Duties:

• Checking contracts
• Keeping files updated
• Re-Charges to be managed

• Key Account Revenue Reports
• Detailed Customer Reports
• Rebate Trackers to be calculated
• Checking of invoices
• Processing timesheets
• Assist with producing telematics reports
• Help with recruitment paperwork / files
• Produce payment applications

Candidate requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proven track record for excellent customer service
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
