We are recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Service Administrator for a growing company in Luton.
Please note before reading on that due to the nature of the role we can only consider applications if you are fluent in French as well as being fluent in English.
This company work with some of the largest and most recognisable companies and brands in the world and would be a fantastic role to get stuck into.
This role will be on a temp to perm basis, with the role initially beginning on a work from home basis, with a view to the office slowly opening up again over the next few months.
The role will be speaking to international clients, customers and suppliers on the phone, providing updates and keeping on top of any relevant admin and data input tasks; as well as being involved in other projects.
A good telephone manner and quality communication skills are essential, training will be given but you will need to be comfortable using a computer and microsoft office packages and be able to set up from home.
Core hours are 9am-5pm, but you may need to work 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm if the requirement is there.
This position will be paying an hourly rate of £9 (plus holiday pay).
We will be looking to hold interviews via Teams in the coming week.
