Working in medium sized department of around 20 staff, the role is centred around providing the best possible service to customers, dealing with complaints or issues, handling product based enquiries and sometimes technical questions. We are seeking candidates with previous office or call centre based customer service experience, an outgoing personality and the ability to build rapport with customers.
