Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well established, market leading organisation. A position has become available within this UK manufacturer for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their successful organisation.

This position will suit a candidate that has strong communication skills on all levels, previous experience within a team environment, providing strong customer service as well as previous administration experience. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a leading organisation. 

Salary - up to £25,000 for the right candidate 
25 days holiday 

Some of the duties will include: 

• Receiving and processing customer orders 
• Confirming order discrepancies with customers 
• Liaising with production team in regards to delivery times 
• Generating dispatch notes
• Dealing with customer queries over the phone and via email 
• Working with internal teams in regards to customer prices, terms and lead times 
• Processing debit notes from customers 
• Arranging collections where necessary 
• Dealing with queries in regards to debit notes 
• Providing all round administrative help 

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within a similar position 
• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service
• Professional telephone manner 
• SAP experience would be desirable 
• Good team player 
• High level of attention to detail 
• Good IT skills with ability to learn new systems
