A varied, challenging and fast-paced role that will combine PA duties with events, administration and being the “go to” person within the UK and international operations.

This role will commence on a Temporary to permanent basis with a view of candidates starting ASAP. We are looking for PAs/Team Assistants/Team Executives who are immediately available for a new role.

This position has arisen due to the internal promotion of the predecessor who will be on hand to deliver an excellent level of support to the successful candidate. We are looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond to assist the fast-paced team along with bringing with them a wealth of knowledge experience from working in a similar role.

Overview of duties:

• Support the existing Senior Management Team (UK Director, Sales Director, Head of Finance)
• Extensive diary management
• Arranging weekly, monthly and annual meetings
• Responsible for international travel arrangements,
• Manage frequent events Conferences, Tradeshows, Corporate Events and Sales Seminars from start to finish
• Source and book venues, send out invites, book accommodation and travel, organise speakers etc
• Request, raise and process POs and other documents
• Support the sales team to ensure they can operate efficiently
• Liaise with and support a variety of stakeholders based locally as well as internationally.
• Assist with all administration tasks required by the Sales Teams as the business needs arise.
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales and other Teams across the company locally and internationally.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous PA experience essential
• Ability to support large teams and a busy workload
• Good all-round administration skills and experience
• Comfortable working in a busy fast paced environment
• Confident to pick things up quickly with the support of the existing team
• Proactive and conscientious character
• Strong use of initiative and willingness to help out as and when required
