We are currently recruiting for a number of candidates to join our client based on the outskirts of Watford. We are looking for confident candidates that excel in delivering a high level of customer service. We have a variety of shift patterns on offer, take a look at the information below to find out more!

These roles would be ideal for students returning home from University for Christmas who are looking to gain office based work experience and earn weekly pay.

These temporary vacancies are to begin on 13th January and for a minimum of 1 week's work. 

1 days training will be on offer to the successful candidates W/C 6th January for 3 days.

Duties to include:

• To offer 1st line technical support to clients via telephone calls and also face to face
• To attempt to resolve any issues at first point of contact by following step by step guidelines 
• Escalating any queries that cannot be resolved
• Respond to customer feedback or queries in a positive and professional manner
• Ensure queries are responded to quickly and efficiently
• To communicate effectively and professionally with all clients and customers to ensure that all matters are resolved in a satisfactory way

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling.
• Good knowledge of IT
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Experience within customer service – desirable however not essential
• A hard working and professional attitude towards work

Shifts available (Monday to Friday) :

• 8am – 5pm (Office Based)
• 4pm – 12pm (Home based)
