We are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Complaints Executive. If you can deliver an outstanding customer service experience, build great relationships internally and externally, look no further. The right candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and a focus on first contact resolution

8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Duties:

• Manage incoming complaints & enquiries by telephone
• Using inhouse resources to resolve customer quires as quickly as possible to the customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer requests
• Liaise with external suppliers where appropriate to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate, detailed customer records to ensure customer history is maintained and accurately reported

• The ability to establish root cause of customer issues
• Professionally and authoritative telephone manner
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• The ability to build relationships with customers, internal staff and external suppliers quickly and effectively
• The ability to demonstrate empathy with customers and show a clear understanding of their needs
• Ability to work as part of a focused and determined team
• The ability to work under pressure
