Do you have experience working within an Administrative position, and worked with online companies like Amazon?  We are pleased to be recruiting for a well-established business in an exciting sector who work with a variety of well-known brands. This innovative, growing business based in St Albans are looking for a Key Account Administrator to join their fun, hardworking team.

Within this role, the Key Account Administrator will build and grow the companies Amazon business by taking ownership and creating all Amazon listings. You will work with the Head of Operations to ensure the Ecommerce strategy is carried out and improvements made when needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the Amazon targets and sales for the company

• Analyse the sales data and forecast sales projections and stock turn
• Research competitor activity and how this is affecting companies’ sales.
• Create and recommend product promotions to increase sales
• Reply to all customer queries via the App or website
• Speak to Amazon directly regarding any queries on our account
• Visit the warehouse/customers when required
• Maintain and organise e-mail and paper filing system
• General administration and clerical duties

Candidate Requirements:

• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Exposure to a similar role with the order management process
• Strong Excel – Familiar usage with VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables and Formulas would be a real advantage
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly
• A hard worker who is willing to turn their hand to any task
• Adaptable and flexible to be cross trained in different areas within the business
