Overview of duties:

• Developing, finalising and producing promotional collateral and marketing communications
• Improve company brochure, online and communications content
• Manage rolling artwork amends to brochure material
• First point of contact for publishers – filtering opportunities for MMs attention
• Keeping artwork up to date and supporting customers/internal stakeholders with enquiries.
• Managing marketing projects
• Ownership of the digital asset management systems
• Ownership of customer database projects

Person Requirements:

• B2B Marketing experience - minimum 2 years
• Proven all round marketer with creative skills and willingness to learn and develop
• Project management and process development experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage day-to-day tasks ad-hoc alongside project work
• Proactively seeking results and positive outcomes
• Cross-departmental task management with awareness of impact on others
• Ability to take instruction, plan and work independently
• Customer Database Management
• Strong knowledge of Adobe CC software for print, digital and media production
