Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a great company based just outside of the Rickmansworth area. This a great opportunity for the right candidate to join an organisation on a 12 month contract, with potential to further progress within the organisation. This position would suit a candidate with some strong Customer Service experience including complaint handling, good communication skills and the ability to work towards team targets. 

Some of the duties will include:

• Providing a high level of customer service over the telephone, email and by letter
• Following customer cases through from start to end solution working with internal departments and suppliers
• Keeping in-house database accurately updated 
• Keeping updated throughout the full process of each individual customer case
• General administration and prioritising workload effecitvely 

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience with customer service including complaints handling
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Strong team player
• Able to work towards set targets
• Good administration skills 
• Ability to prioritise workload
