Working Hours:

Friday 11:00 – 22:00

Saturday 11:00 – 22:00

Sunday 11:00 – 22:00

Monday 10:00 – 21:00

Overview of Duties:

• Supervising a team of Customer Service Executives
• Generate invoicing and management information packs accurately within tight timescales
• Be the 1^st point of escalation within the team
• Multi-task and make key decisions.
• Generation of accurate internal and external reports

• Identify gaps, design effective training and material for delivery in workshops.
• The delivery of effective 1-1’s, coaching, and performance management.

• Provide a personable and professional service

Person Requirements:

• Excellent communicator (written and oral at all levels)
• Team leader experience

• Must be a team player with the ability to work alone
• Self-driven and results orientated
• Must have strong organisation skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
• Good problem solving with strong analytical skills
• On occasion may be required to work outside of normal working hours
• Strong communications skills
• Must have a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy
