My client are a leading organisation within the lighting industry, they have offices across the UK, and are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Watford. This position would suit someone who has previous experience within Customer Service and Administration. 

Some of the duties will include: 

• Handling day to day customer queries 
• Developing relationships with key customers, preparing quotations and processing orders 
• Advising customers on specific requirements 
• Liaising with other internal teams to provide exact project requirements 
• Liaising with customers scheduling deliveries 
• Dealing with UK and International customers 

The suitable candidate: 

• Previous experience within Customer Service
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills 
• Previous experience with SAP
• Able to manage a heavy workload 
• Strong attention to detail
