Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing organisation based within the Amersham area, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly team. This position would suit someone that has previously worked within Customer Services, Order Processing and Administration. 

Working hours - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 17:30pm

• Answering inbound telephone calls and forwarding enquires to the relevant person
• Create new accounts
• Use of SAP in-house systems to log customer queries
• Processing of all telephone and email orders
• Provide Support to our sales agents
• Replying to customer's correspondence by phone, email & letter
• Action amendments to orders 
• Accurate recording of information whilst processing administration tasks
• Run & distribute sale agent reports
• Office administration to including filing and post

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within Customer Service
• Strong communication skills on all levels - written and verbal 
• Good team player
• Quick to learn 
• Can prioritise a heavy workload 
• Commutable distance to Amersham 
• High level of attention to detail
