We are recruiting for an experienced Complaints Team Manager based in Hemel Hempstead. You will provide an environment that allows your team to perform at their best through high performance and high fulfilment whist delivering exceptional customer service
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Duties:
- Point of escalation for customer complaints
- Manage a team of Customer Service Advisors, including training, development and recruitment
- Report on feedback performance and offer constructive improvements to help improve first time resolution
- Being a point of escalation to review complaints both from your team or from the senior leadership team
- Support the Customer Service Manager and the wider Support team to deliver memorable customer experience
Candidate requirements:
- Confident decision maker
- Ability to be planned and organised
- Proven customer service experience
- Fun personality and able to motivate and inspire
- Previous experience in dealing with customer complaints
- Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of media
- Able to deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customers repeat business
- Experience of leading and developing teams focused on providing consistent service
- A good listener with exceptional relationship building skills as you will be dealing with a wide variety of people
