A modern, innovative company based in Watford is looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join their friendly and dynamic team. Already well-established and very successful they need someone with a passion for business development, who will come and chase warm leads through to sale, working closely with dealers, vendors and customers. This would suit an ambitious graduate who wants to establish themselves in sales or someone with sales experience who is looking to move into a role with more progression opportunities. This role has a LOT of potential, with the opportunity to set your own standards in a very exclusive market, it can become what you make it! Going out to client meetings, events and exhibitions you will have the chance to really make it your own. Overview of duties:

• Building a customer/client/dealer portfolio by managing own pipeline
• Attending trade shows and customer visits
• Creating new sales strategies and coming up with tactics to establish yourself in the market
• Identify sales opportunities and ensure follow up of opportunities
• Generate and distribute quote proposals and rate cards to clients on basis of quote requests.
• Managing high net-value contracts and paperwork ensuring all details are correct
• Introduce new and cross sell existing products and services to customers, to optimize service.
• Manage the business relationship with clients to increase business, income and profitability in the short and long term.
• Management of existing business relationships with dealers and or vendor partners (by telephone).

Candidate requirements:

• Sales experience or a Graduate with a passion for sales!
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Ambitious – there are great progression opportunities
• Strong attention to detail
