Recruiting for Customer Support Advisors for one of the most recognisable and used companies in the world, working within their offices in Staines. As part of your mission in this role, you will be providing business to business customer service (95% email based and 5% phone based queries) as well as completing a number of important internal tasks for each customer you deal with.

This role would be ideal for someone with fantastic problem-solving skills, good people skills and a strong and organised administrator.

The position is paying a salary of £23,000 which quickly increases to £24,000 after training, although dependant on experience, they could look at salaries of up to £26,000. Working within brand new and modern offices, along with free local parking, good company benefits and working within a team and company that offers huge progression.

Please note – This role is fully office based, within offices in Staines, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

Responsibilities

• You will be handling a number of general order queries daily
• Tracking requests
• Generation of weekly, monthly and annual KPI reports for customers
• Processing customer claims
• Resolution of customer queries and coming up with solutions
• General administration tasks
• The main focus of each day will be to provide the best customer service and keep up the impeccable customer service ratings the company already has

Candidate Skills

• Previous customer service or admin experience within an office is essential
• Within this role you’ll be working with spreadsheets and systems to track customer info, so Excel experience is a must
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Customer service and admin skills
• Excellent verbal and written comms skills required
• Fantastic people skills and interpersonal skills required
