We are recruiting for a group of Customer Service Administrators for a thriving business in Luton looking to support them on a temp to perm basis and to start immediately.  

Due to the nature of their work and their customers we are only able to accept applications from those that are business fluent in one of the following languages - Italian, German, French, Dutch, Swedish or Norwegian. 

This company work with some of the largest and most recognisable companies and brands in the world and would be a fantastic role to get stuck into.

This role will initially be to start on a temp basis and support is needed in the office with a huge influx of new European clients, but the chance to secure a permanent position is more than possible for the right candidate.

The role will be an office based position where you will be speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone, providing updates, communicating via phone and email and keeping on top of any relevant admin and data input tasks. 

What we are looking for in possible candidates is a good telephone manner and quality communication skills, full training will be given but you will need to be comfortable using a computer and microsoft office packages. 

Please note before applying that our client needs committed temps who can work to the core hours of 9am-5pm, but you may need to work 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm if the requirement is there.

This position will be paying an hourly rate of £11 per hour (plus holiday pay). 

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages
• Ability and willingess to learn
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Available to commence an assignment ASAP
