We are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Administrator temp vacancies for a project with a very well known client based in the Hemel Hempstead Industrial Estate area.

The role will be to start on an initial temp basis as early as Monday, or as soon as possible for the right candidate, this project would guarantee work up until Christmas but the potential to secure a longer term or permanent position is very much a possibility too.

The role will be a telephone based customer service position dealing with inbound calls, taking notes and messages and uploading that information to their bespoke system. 

Before applying please note that the positon is to start next week and we can only consider candidates that can commit to working up until the end of December. The position itself will be office based in the Industrial Estate and shift patterns will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm paying an hourly rate of £9 + holiday pay.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous customer service experience (office, contact centre, retail or hospitality based)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Comfortable dealing with customers on the phone
• Available to commence the assignment ASAP
• Strong communication skills
