We are excited to be working exclusively with a high-growth business to recruit an experienced HR Manager.  Supporting around 150 staff across 4 separate entities, this is a newly created, stand alone, generalist HR Manager position. We are seeking candidates with extensive HR experience who can stamp their mark on the business, design and implement their HR processes and drive best practice across a multi-site organisation!

Overview of role:

• Manage the full employment lifecycle
• Put in place recruitment processes for hiring managers to follow
• Manage recruitment and support hiring managers with staff requirements
• Oversee all employee relations
• Provide support and guidance to management on all performance/disciplinary issues
• Manage any complex and serious ER cases
• Ensure the Company is working to UK employment law
• Develop and implement HR strategy
• Take ownership of Company handbook, staff induction and all associated HR Admin
• Deal with offer letters and contracts for new starters
• Oversee training and development requirements
• Ensure staff are receiving/delivering regular performance reviews
• Manage annual leave, sickness and absence records
• Liaise with finance re pay, benefits and amendments

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum level 5 CIPD
• Extensive generalist HR experience
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
• Strength of character to deal with ER cases at management level
• Ideally stand-alone HR Manager experience within an SME
