Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Contract Manager to join an award winning company based in Tring. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about Customer Service, someone that is proactive and good with processes. Can you think outside the box?
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills with a backup of Administration skills and able to provide a first-class service.
Experience in Finance, Credit Control or understanding of Payroll, Invoices, and Remittances is desirable but not essential. All training will be provided
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Duties:
- Develop and manage relationships
- Chase payments
- Process invoices and timesheets
- Demonstrate understanding and usage of company procedures
- Represent the company by own behaviours in line with the delivery of world class standards
- Seek ways to enhance efficiency, reduce cost and devise new opportunities
- Ensure all software is up to date and accurate
- Manage process for renewing contracts, ensuring the agency and customer are aware of the complications of not having this in place
- Ensure all activities adhere to the customer service guarantee set by management
- Manage the onboarding process for all new customers, issuing all relevant documents, checking ID and liaising with agencies
- Manage the day to day queries of all customers, including queries relating to pay tax, reviewing all discrepancies and providing the customer with sufficient information
