Think Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a exciting and expanding business in the Colnbrook area who are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor

The client requires someone who has ERP system experience and strong team management focus. The successful candidate will also have been involved in acquisitions and be capable of handling big increases in workload as well a proven track record of improving systems/processes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Line Management of AR Assistants
• Overseeing and supporting the team, ensuring cash allocation is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Hands on approach to support the allocation of businesses Cash, Card, and BACS receipts.
• Reviewing current procedures and making improvements where necessary.
• Responsible for preparation and delivery of standard operating procedures
• Investigation of unknown receipts to enable allocation to Branch and reducing our unallocated cash position.
• Monitoring of department inboxes and ensuring Branch queries are resolved within agreed SLA’s.
• Assisting with Branch Petty Cash reconciliation and analysis.
• First reviewer for reconciliation of Bank Accounts at Month End.
• Preparation & Processing of journals for corrections, bank and intercompany.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience of leading or coaching a small team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive nature, good ability to investigate and resolve issues.
• Good Excel skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, specifically at Month End.
• Ability to communicate professionally face-to-face, as well as through email and telephone.

This role will be completely office based.
