We are looking for a French Speaking Customer Service Administrator for a growing company with one of their Head Offices based in Luton. 

Please note before reading on that due to the nature of the role we can only consider applications if you are fluent in French AND English. 

You must also be able to set up and be trained and work from home for the foreseeable future, although you need to be able to commute to Luton if possible as the need to travel there for work in the future may arise.  

This company work with some of the largest and most recognisable companies and brands in the world and would be a fantastic role to get stuck into. 

This role will be on a temp basis and an emphasis on supporting the current team, learning about their services, procedures and clients, with a possibility of a permanent role available in a number of different teams. 

The role will be speaking to international clients, customers and suppliers on the phone, providing updates and keeping on top of any relevant admin and data input tasks; as well as being involved in other projects. 

A good telephone manner and quality communication skills are essential, training will be given but you will need to be comfortable using a computer and microsoft office packages and be able to set up from home. 

Core hours are 9am-5pm, but you may need to work 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm if the requirement is there.

This position will be paying an hourly rate of £9 (plus holiday pay).

We will be looking to hold interviews via Teams in the coming days, with successful candidates being briefed, trained and given equipment to begin as soon as possible.
