We are currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join an exciting, fast-paced company based in Leighton Buzzard. If you have an excellent eye for detail and a passion for customer service, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this role you will be providing support to the Business Development Managers and helping to create a high-level service to the company’s customers and clients!

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a positive and passionate team with a family run like feel to the business.

This is a fully office-based position, hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm. This position is paying between £25K to £30K depending on candidates’ experience. The company offer several fantastic benefits including free on-site parking, lunch provided on site, scope to progress and much more!

Duties:

• General administration duties related to sales activity including quotes, notes, and presentations.
• Making regular calls to customers to ask for orders.
• Follow up of submitted quotes as required.
• Support BDM with Lead organisation.

• Schedule BDM diary.
• Update the CRM system with all customer-related activity.
• Setting up trials and arrange samples as directed.
• Prepare samples and data in preparation for client appointments.
• Liaise and build relationship with clients as required.
• Providing sales data and reports for the sales team.
