We are pleased to be supporting a long-standing client of ours to recruit 2 x Customer Service/Warranty Advisors initially on a 6 month fixed term contract. The role supports customers whose products are experiencing issues and are within warranty, to organise repairs and/or replacements as required. We are seeking candidates with strong customer service skills, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with customers via phone.

Overview of role:

• Ensuring customers are contacted quickly and professionally for warranty claims
• Building rapport with customers and gathering key information re warranty
• Liaising with colleagues to coordinate Engineers for customer repairs
• Updating CRM systems with customer and product information
• Handling any complaints or issues
• Ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and professionally
• Assisting 3^rd party insurance company with queries
• Coordinating Engineer visits and working with the wider team
• Monitoring and progressing open repair cases

Candidate requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• Comfortable making outbound customer service calls
• Good IT skills
• Available for an initial 6 month fixed term contract
