Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a market leading client of ours in finding an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their growing team. The suitable candidate will need to be fluent in at least 1 x Nordic language. 

Salary - £24,000pa 

Some of the duties will include:

• Providing support to the field based sales team
• Resolving queries realting to orders, shipments and equipment within a timely manner
• Data entry and accessing and maintaining information on various systems
• Handling enquiries by telephone
• Working as a team to assist the department in achieving its core KPI’s
• Preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Building strong working relationships with customers
• Focussing on new customers

The suitable candidate:

• Fluent in 1 x Nordic language - verbal and written
• Fluent in English - verbal and written 
• Previous experience within a similar position 
• Previous SAP experience is desirable 
• Strong team player
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Can do attitude 
• Strong organisational skills
