This company are part of an exciting industry, and are looking for the right candidate to join their family feel team, someone who has good communication skills, can multi-task, plus good administrative skills. This position is a busy and varied role, it would suit someone who enjoys working within a busy environment, and enjoys working as part of a small team environment. 

Salary - £24,000 - £26,000
Hours - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Some of the duties will include:

• Handling incoming calls from clients, resolving queries where possible
• Supporting service department with client queries 
• Be involved with the day to day running of the office as part of the team
• Assigning engineers to jobs and ensuring they complete relevant documents 
• Updating information on the system, keeping up to date as well
• Monitoring equipment that has been ordered direct to site 
• Chase overdue service jobs on all platforms 
• Booking hotels where required for Service Manager 
• Working well as part of the team 

The suitable candidate:

• Strong administration skills 
• Strong communication skills 
• Previous coordination experience would be desirable 
• Local to the Watford area 
• Strong team player
• Happy to work within a smaller team environment 
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task
• Good organisational skills
