Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a great organisation based within the Watford area, they have a great opportunity for a Graduate to join their Purchasing team. This position will suit a candidate who has strong organisation skills, previous administration experience would be an advantage too. 

Salary - up to £24,000 depending on experience
Will be office based during probation, so must be local to Watford

Some of the duties will include:

• Monitor shipping dates using a tracking tool
• Create and maintain purchase order data
• Create and close production orders 
• Request lead times from the internal sales team 
• Provide admin support to the purchasing department
• Work well as part of a team 
• Create transport tasks 
• General admin tasks as required 

The suitable candidate:

• Educated to degree level - 2:1
• Previous administration experience would be desirable 
• Ability to multi-task 
• Good attention to detail 
• A good team player
• Strong communication skills 
• Local to the Watford area
