Think Specialist Recruitment are working with an exciting organisation based within the St Albans area. We are looking for an entry level candidate to join this dynamic team as a trainee. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get into an office environment, keen to learn something new, and interested in starting a career. 

Full training is provided with this position, the successful candidate will be keen to learn and develop! 

Salary - £18,000 - £20,000pa 
Office based, must be able to travel to St Albans 

Some of the duties will include:

• Creating all Amazon listings 
• Drive the Amazon targets and sales
• Analyse the sales data and forecast sales projections and stock turn
• List all items, ensuring all key words are correct
• Price check all items to ensure company margins are met
• Research competitor activity
• Create and recommend product promotions to increase sales 
• Ensure all sales orders are raised on the system correctly
• Ensure all PO's are linked to sales orders
• Check all shipment dates are correct 
• Arrange all stock to be delivered into Amazon 
• Investigate any stock discrepancies 
• Speaking with Amazon directly regarding any queries on the account 
• General administration 

The suitable candidate:

• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills 
• Good communication skills on all levels 
• Previous administration experience would be an advantage but not essential 
• Local to St Albans 
• Happy to be office based
