We are recruiting for a small group of language speaking Customer Service Administrators for a company moving in to their new offices in Luton as of Monday 13th January 2020. 

This company work with some of the largest and most recognisable companies and brands in the world and would be a fantastic role to get stuck into going into the new year. 

Essential to this role is the ability to speak English along with one of the following 3 languages, Spanish, French or German, if you do not speak any of these we cannot consider your application. 

This role will initially be to start on a temp basis and can be viewed as that if it suits, but the opportunity to gain a permanent role and progress within the company is very much an option too. 

The role will be an office based position where you will be speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone, providing updates, communicating via phone and email and keeping on top of any relevant admin and data input tasks. 

What we are looking for in possible candidates is a good telephone manner and quality communication skills, full training will be given but you will need to be comfortable using a computer and microsoft office packages. 

Please note before applying that our client needs committed individuals who can commit to the core hours of 9am-5pm, but you may need to work 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm if the requirement is there.

This position will be paying an hourly rate of £9 to £10 plus holiday pay.

We will be looking to hold interviews in their new offices right away and for the right candidates to commence working with them as of 13th January onwards.
