We have a fantastic opportunity for candidates to join a thriving company who are a well established and growing company in their sector with Head Offices in Hemel Hempstead. This position is to join them as a Sales Order Processor on a 6 month fixed term contract, with a view to the position being made permanent afterwards.

The ideal candidate will be someone that is an all round solid administrator with experience in processing orders, a great communicator that would be able to easily provide assistance to customers but also build a solid relationship with the sales team.

Before applying please note:

• This position is going to be working full time hours, Monday to Friday.
• The position will be paying up to £24,000.
• You will be working in the heart of the industrial estate, free parking is provided. 

Duties to include:

• Ensure that customer transactions are processed on a complete, timely, and accurate basis.
• Manage the daily sales order process with business management and sales accounts.
• Track Order progress against current customer targets.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Order Processing role is ideal
• Good level of knowledge and competency of MS Office packages and any other CRM system
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Team orientated character
• Ability to work calmly and well under pressure
• Good written and spoken English
