We are looking for a Receptionist to join a well-known, very busy and growing family run organisation, based in Chesham.

Whether you have previous experience within a similar position or a strong background in customer service then this could be a great opportunity for you!

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, hours are Monday to Friday. The salary for this position is paying between £19,500 to £22,000. The company also offer a number of excellent benefits including free on-site parking, 28 days holidays, excellent pension scheme and much more!

Duties include:

• Greeting clients and providing refreshments.
• To answer and direct inbound phone calls.
• General office administration.
• Booking meetings/ diary management.
• Ensuring the board room is ready for scheduled meetings.
• Any ad-hoc duties as required.

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within customer service/reception.
• Strong communication skills on all levels. 
• Ability to build good working relationships on all levels. 
• Strong organisational skills. 
• Ability to multi-task.
• Good IT skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
