Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well established organisation based within the Watford area. This growing team are looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator. This position would suit someone with previous experience of scheduling engineers, working with a customer service environment. 

Please note - this position will start remotely, however the successful candidate will eventually be based in the office in Watford. 

Salary - £25,000-£26,000
Working hours - 8:30am - 5:30pm

Some of the duties will include:

• Provide support to company client base
• Contact customers via email after each engineer visit, ensure they are happy with completed work
• Logging, booking and closing off any requests for engineers attendance
• Scheduling engineers accurately using company CRM system
• Ensure that all return calls are dealt with quickly and efficiently 
• Providing general admin support as and when required
• Dealing with customer requests in a professional and timely manner
• Getting approval for customer quotation before sending out
• Producing customer quotations within a timely manner

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience with coordinating engineers is required
• Previous experience with coordinating and scheduling 
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Good organisational skills
• Strong numeracy skills 
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to work on own initiative
