Think Accountancy and Finance are supporting a client based in Chesham who are looking for an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper with a minimum of 1 years (recent) experience within a law firm. You must have knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules to be considered for this position.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive attitude with customer service experience. It is essential that you are highly accurate in your work and have the proven experience of dealing sensitively with clients as required.

Duties will include:

• Banking Functions
• Paying in cheques
• Process accounting transactions
• Electronic banking transfers
• Helping to prepare for SAR audit by printing ledgers
• Provide support around ledger and billing enquiries
• To deal with any accounts queries
