We are pleased to be partnering with an established and highly successful business based in the Watford area to recruit an experienced Sales Team Leader to take day to day ownership of a team of advisors. The role will ensure the team provides the highest level of office based service to the contacts of the account managed customers whilst also supporting the sales team who are based in the field.

We are looking for candidates with experience of managing and coaching a high performing team within a contact centre environment. The role is office based so candidates must have the ability to work in their offices in Watford.

Salary - £26,000-£27,000 plus £8,000-£9,000 OTE 

Duties to include:

 

·         To carry out 1-2-1’s with team members, monitoring KPI’s and SLA’s against targets.

·         Coaching the Team on new projects, case volume, legislation's and process changes.

·         Working in direct parallel with the Marketing Team to suggest and support campaigns and new launches.

·         Authorising holiday, rotas and staff requests

·         To resolve where possible incoming complaints on behalf of the Team

·         To pull phone data and monitor call quality

·         To support the head of department with reporting, adhoc assistance

·         

 

Candidate requirements:

 

·         Successful previous experience as a sales team leader or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

·         Positive work ethic and team player

·         A proven ability to proactively plan, problem solve and prioritise

·         Ability to work well under pressure, strong business sense and industry expertise

·         A warm, enthusiastic and outgoing personality

·         Self-motivated, driven, strong attention to detail with a flexible approach
