Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Scheduling Coordinator to join a successful and growing company based in Hemel Hempstead. You will be a key member of the busy Operations team and be accountable for delivering excellent Customer Service, tracking customers distribution schedules and achieve a smooth, successful schedule working closely with other departments
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Reviewing signoff reports to ensure quality standards are being maintained
- Build and maintain strong ties
- Dealing with issues, knowing when to escalate
- To facilitate the smooth transition from project phase to operational schedule
- Feed back on stock deployed and understand any restrictions on availability for your managed schedules
- Provide regular stock forecasts
- Understand and negotiate availability of internal schedule resources
- Where internal resource is not available or appropriate, work with others to fulfil schedule requirements
- Inform Finance team of orders to ensure accurate and timely billing in line with work done
- Support the Schedule team on a variety of related activities
- Provide weekly update to the Management team on Schedule activities
