Overview of duties:

• Creation of invoices
• Liaising with customers regarding all billing enquiries
• Processing refunds and credits
• Credit control
• Posting invoice and credit card transactions
• Some processing of orders may be required
• General Office Admin

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience within an Accounts Receivable role
• Experience with SAGE
• Strong IT skills including Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work with a close knit team

This is a Temporary to Permanent full time role which will require the successful candidate to be in the office Monday – Friday with the working hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm
